Michele brings over 30 years of diversified insurance experience to DeSmet & Associates with expertise in claims,
benefits administration and account management. Her previous roles included serving as a Group Claims Supervisor at Mutual of Omaha, Benefits Administrator at Modis (formerly the Blackstone Group), Account Executive-Marketing
Representative at American Community Mutual Insurance Company, and Principal/Agent at MDK-Insurance, Inc.
At DeSmet & Associates, she is responsible for sales and account management, new business development,
and implementation and management of new and ongoing benefits and property casualty business.
Michele graduated from the University of Nebraska-Omaha with a Business Administration degree and Insurance Specialization. Michele is currently one of two dually licensed insurance agent an consultant in the entire state of Nebraska for both Property Casualty and Life & Health.
